MySpace + Television = Giant Waste of Time
So I have a MySpace account now. The link is in the sidebar to the right of your screen. I was really bored one day, thus my name on there is "this_was_my_last_resort". It's a way to waste some time and I guess it's really a lot like a more complicated version of FaceBook. If you're female, you also get creepy messages from quasi-stalkers who range in age from 12 to 45. One had the gall to tell me he loved me... I don't know this guy, never even spoken to this guy or looked at his profile, or chatted with him or did anything other than read the message he sent me. Seeming I have very little info on the MySpace, I assume he thinks I have money. He's in for a rude awakening. I've also taken to honestly criticising bands that take the time to personally message me. If I don't really enjoy their stuff, I let them know. If I like it, I also let them know. If I think they have talent but it's not a sound I could get into, I let them know that, too. The bands really appreciate it!
Since I have no TV (gladly!) I have read two books in just as many weeks. This is outside of class work. I also have gotten a significant amount of my homework done.
Now to finish that incomplete from last semester...
