It seems my life is on repeat.
So Adam is a great guy. I say that about every guy I date. I seriously am just waiting for the bomb to drop. I've known him since high school and I still can't trust myself to make a decision regarding my feelings for this guy. All I know is that we get along really well, his family is amazing and that he's on a good course for his career as a Special Education teacher. He's just a genuine person around me and is honest about everything (sometimes overly so, but it runs deep with this group of friends). I just hope its just not me being lost in some blind ambition to be comfortable and stable in life. I really don't want to be in love (not that I am - too soon to tell!). This sucks. Why can't I just allow myself to be happy?
I don't know if everyone has heard or not, but CONGRATULATIONS BILL & JILL! My brother and his girlfriend are now engaged!!! They're planning February vows, so everyone wish them luck! :-)
I start 9 credit hours in less than a month. I'm taking a night course on HTML/XHTML/DHTML and another on Business. I also am taking an online course on Photoshop. I get bored and I'm crazy.
I still haven't finished Harry Potter, although I'm getting closer. Its a great book, I'm just hesitant to end it because then its just OVER. There's nothing more to look forward to. Please no spoilers, guys. I've been told to read the last few chapters very carefully because there's a pretty good twist.
Things are going well, overall. Work is busy and I'm making time to relax at home. I wish I had more time there. Its tough not to stay in Granite, as the drive is so much easier from there and I get to sleep in an extra 1/2 hour. I certainly don't want to live there again, though.
Hit me up! I miss my friends, but I know who they are. I look forward to seeing everyone again soon. I think I'll try to get more involved as an APO Alum this year, too. We'll see what happens.
